8th Grade BBQ Fundraiser on April 2nd!

The 8th grade class will be holding their BBQ fundraiser Saturday, April 2, 2016 at FBMS.

We are raising funds for the 8th grade end of year class field trip to Fiesta Texas and graduation dance and ceremony by selling plates of BBQ to be picked up on Saturday, April 2, 2016.  We are collecting donations for all the materials and food needed and asking for volunteers to help cook and plate.  We welcome your 8th grade student to sign up to help deliver plates to cars and run errands on campus the day of the event.

We are asking each 8th grade student to sell 5 BBQ plates at $10.00 and 5 raffle tickets at $2.00 ($12.00 for plate and raffle ticket) to reach a per student goal of $60.00.

You also have the option to “op-out” and pay the $60.00 directly.  You will still get the 5 raffle tickets for the prize drawing but you are for-going the bbq plates in order to reduce our donation needs. 

Our goal is to pay the bus fare and entry (including lunch) for each 8th grade student. If we do not reach our goal, then the field trip will require each student to pay to attend but hopefully even then it will be a small amount.  If we do make the goal and have money left over, we will put that toward the dance to off-set the student ticket price.
