“I would like to move the general meeting to April 13th. We don’t have any new business, nor do we have voting items. This will allow us to get the nominating committee together and possible slate before March Board Meeting which will require a vote. We did not have another General Meeting scheduled until May 18th so this won’t disrupt anything. Thank you!”
